HAPPY TOWN: A First Look

There is a little town in the Midwest named Haplin, or as some folks like to call it, “Happy Town.” Don’t let the name fool you, however, as the ABC promo department is wont to say. Apparently, the air in Haplin is “alive with the aroma of fresh baking bread” … and MURDER. What in the world am I talking about? The upcoming horror/ thriller drama Happy Town, premiering Wednesday, April 28th on ABC. The main reason that this show is even on my radar is the fact that Amy Acker stars in it, albeit in a supporting role. And you all know how much I adore Amy Acker. As for the rest of the show, I’m withholding any judgment until I’ve seen more. However, you can check out the first 14 minutes in the video below, along with cast interviews, and a trailer. Enjoy!

Same as you though: might give this show a shot since wonderful Amy Acker’s in it. I’ve read the description of the pilot though and I don’t know, I’m not much for Murder&Mystery myself. We’ll see, I guess!

Originally wasn’t planning on watching it but I might give it a try now that I’m hearing more about it. God knows Amy needs to be on my tv more often!
