Only you would use that description ;) Caroline didn't die--Stefan drugged her champagne with vervain, so when Damon drank from her he passed out, and wasn't able to totally drain her/ kill her. If you mean Vicki, Matt's sister, and the one that Jeremy was dating, Damon did kill her ... but he made her a vampire, so she's now undead. Since she had Damon's blood, when she died she came back to life. Then feeding on Logan Fell's body completed the transformation. She's now a full-blown vampire. As for the sunlight, remember how we always laughed at that in <em>Buffy</em> and <em>Angel</em>? It was always very inconsistent. I say we should just make it a drinking game ;) Hehe.
