hmm, interesting. well it must be a flashback because why else would she be talking about being out of prison?
Yeah, you’re right. I had read that Sydney died in the original Melrose, so this flashback must explain that away. The first time she died wasn’t real–she faked her death and went to prison for years. I’m starting to think the maybe she has an evil twin, or something like that, because Violet claimed she’s her mom but Sydney said she never gave birth. It makes me really want to watch the episode, though, so good for The CW for releasing this.
