Dollhouse Airs Tonight!!!
The day that Whedon fans have been waiting for with bated breath has finally come. Dollhouse airs tonight on Fox at 9pm! I know that all the anticipation and hype will lead some to be disappointed with the final product. However, pilots are very rarely the best episodes of a show, so let’s give Dollhouse a fighting chance before the negative reviews start. Already, a number of news outlets have viewed the pilot in advance, and have reported unfavorably. I, however, vow to give it a very lengthy chance. Eliza Dushku has been in a couple crappy projects, but Joss has been pretty consistently awesome. Additionally, we have the fabulous Tahmoh Penikett, Olivia Williams, Amy Acker, Alan Tudyk, and Felicia Day co-starring and guest-starring. Writers Tim Minear, Jane Espenson, Liz Fain, Sarah Craft, etc. are in on the project. I have faith (hee!) that this show will be awesome. So watch it people! We don’t want another Firefly situation … It’s so sad when a show dies before its time.
